I have the same complaint as Judy. word for word about reducing my credit card rate. I am also on the do not call list. when calling that number back, it say's it's disconnected. What is wrong with these idiots, can they be stopped? next time I will keep them on the line and waste their money by telling them all false information and pretending I can't hear them. I'll waste their time and money. Or maybe I'll use a whistle each time when I answer..
