I am getting monthly charges for credit services I never authorized. I really do not know how long this has been going on, but it could be for years. I am recovering from a serious illness and have not been going over the bank statements very carefully, but now I am seeing almost $100.00 a month going out for supposed credit reports that I cannot even access. All I am aware of doing is agreeing to a free credit report, but it looks like the this was followed by unauthorized charges from 3 to 4 different credit agencies, which were never approved & certainly never used for information purposes. What a scam!

The "free credit report" sites hand out your account information to a bunch of other leeches.
File fraud complaints against all charges through your bank.
Your bank can normally reverse charges disputed within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA, but the Fed. regulations allow this dispute period to be extended in cases where the consumer is incapacitated and unable to review and dispute charges, such as due to illness or hospitalization.
Also contact your state AG to file similar fraud disputes.
Although they will argue that the regs only allow bank reversals back 60 days, the federal SOL on unauthorized charges is 1 year, so you might also sue them to recover your fraud losses back 1 year.
