Shifting

Agarwal packers and movers are worst.. I shifted from bangalore to delhi... They packed my item on 25 may nd they told they will deliver me in 7 days.. Today z 2nd june and they have not delivered and the worst part z they r not picking my calls.. When i told i will lodge a FIR they told me they will see me. They are threatening me as they will not deliver my goods.. What to do nw.. Can anyone help???
