over drafts

I was charged for over drafts so many times in the past, and because they stated it was a atm machine that the bank charged for. I am on disability, and when my account was low on funds, a atm charge was applied that sent my account in to an over draft. Their reason was the atm machine was not part of their banking systems, and their was no decal on the machine saying what bank is good for no charges. I had so many times been charged for this, and money I had not been able to send to get my account in order to stop the amounts being charged, again, and again. I would of changed banks, but have bad credit. I tried to buy a online store, but that failed, I tried to start a online store to make money, and once i paid for these it frose, and never. I had the bank get my money at times, and had to wait for long peirods of time to get it back a refund from these stores. I just tried to get a nother online store, and my bank card from charter one was not able to buy in to the online store, they stated it was a bad number on the card, or a wrong card number, i give up on any way to get a online store at all ever, and can't even work a part time job at all. i tried to get a head in this country, but it seams that its not wanted for you to get gainfull funds at all, their Bankurpting this country on propose.
