Europcar Poor Service At Zeelamsee

Hello
I had a technical problem with my rented mini van VW car since the 2nd day of my rental period with the back seat of the second row as the seat doesn't come farward and my family members can't go easely to the back third seats
I took the car this morning to Europcar office in Zellamsee in Austria to fix the problem or replace the car. The only single employee in the office siad she is sobusy and asked the mechanic in VW shop to look in the problem. he did but advised me that he can do nothing and I checked back with Europcar lady and advised me that she can do nothing and has no available car to replace
I need your help please to switch the car with a good one because my family members are suffering to access to the third seat especially thai I am renting this car for 25 days
