Stocked, robbed and nothing was handled

Last night, Feb 4, someone broke into my car at One Life Fitness in Newport News on Middle Ground Rd. I was in the gym for only 20 minutes with a busted window. They grabbed my purse and took all of my identification, even my social security and work badge. I looked around and went back into the building as One Life Fitness staff wasn't surprised at all--seems like it happens often. no one did a report or were professional in the time of need. On Feb 5, I went back to the gym to review the taping and they do not have any security cameras only regular cameras that shows no detail. The manager had me waiting 30min until he called me in his office and had no reparse. He was rude and careless. He stated it happens every other year but I am SURE members have no idea about this. Especially, those single women like me who feel safe but aren't. Being in the gym for 20minutes and coming out to a broken window shows that someone was watching or stocking me. no one ask to walk me to my car, take pics, or be apologetic. I canceled my membership and I want women to be aware that if you are in danger...nothing will happen and they will not care
