This product sucks and so does the customer service. Those [***] charged my bank account after I canceled it in March which was already charged $29.95. It's now April and they charged my personal bank account again for $29.95. I was asked did I send the product back?! Wtf? Umm obviously not bc it was used up and discarded. I was not told to rerun anything. Everything was supposedly taken care of and good. That March had been charged and April would not be. Oh really? I am so pissed and made it clear to the moronic idiot who works for that crappy product that it is not ok and he mentioned he'd make the change? What freaking change? Just stfu and know that what u charged will be put back into my account. The professionals at an actual BANK will make the change. Horrible product. I'd like to punch dean in his face and the people who work for him.
