Getting jacked around on an online order not recieved!!!!!!!!

Placed my order on 3-10-13.  Recieved a confirmation.  A few days later received an email with a tracking number.  Checked tracking several days later, destination looked wrong so contacted fedex.  was told it was going to a routing facility.  Check several more days later, and it is way across the united states.  contact fedex, and they now say that i am not the recipent of this package.  Call Harbor freight, and they tell me product is on back order, HUH?  Never recieved an email to this effect.  Ask to get an email confirming this, and was told it would be sent right out.  Several days later, nothing.  so call again am told that product will be in on 3-26, should be shipped out on 3-29.  Then i get an email saying that product should be in on 3-29, but no shipping date.  Now i call this morning, and the person i spoke to said that there is usually a 3 week waiting period on back orders, and i remind him that it has already been almost a month.  He finally tells me that the product that i ordered is on back order until June.  I am REALLY upset.  I have spent alot of MY time with phone calls & emails, trying to just get my order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  NEVER will i order online from Harbor Freight again, and am so mad, at this point will not even patronize their store.

    Update:  After posting this, we did finally recieve our order.  I guess they found one in a warehouse somewherre.  The funny thing is, this same item was reposted in their ads on sale til the end of this month. After i was told that the product was on back order until June.  Several days after i finally received this order, i get a notice in the mail from Harbor Freight stating that they reqret to inform me that my item cannot be shipped because the manufacturer cannot supply it any longer.  Wow!  I am very happy with the item, glad that it finally came, but will not go thru that again!
