This particular number is calling my phone concerning a payday loan that was taken out in 2013 for $400. Who takes a small loan in that amount and not pay it back? They are telling me they will report it to my credit and will file legal fees, their I will have to pay up to $2k in fines. Please report this company and have them removed. This harassment is over the top.

      It's a bunch of BS.. replies to It's a shakedown racket..
      They make threats like "damaging your credit" or "legal fees and fines" just to scare you into paying them.  These scams don't report to CRAs, and they don't sue, on their fake "payday loans". They have to hide their identities and location to avoid prosecution or lawsuits themselves.

    I just got off the phone with a company who threatened to garnish my wages and take me to court over a 500. Loan I supposedly took out on 2011 and never paid back, I was hysterical and sick. I'm in the final stages of breast cancer and dealing with Thanksgiving and having to discuss my final arrangements and all then to get this call out of no where, I was out of my mind. Then I looked this company up and now it makes sense.
    I want tjese people to suffer and get tne max allowed by law, they should be ashamed the way they spoke to me, saying that I purposely did something illegal and going through all my paperwork knowing full well I'd never done anything like that.  I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW!

    I have this same Company that supposedly turned me over to another collection agency called Midwest Recovery Systems. and now it is on my credit report and I have no idea who they are or how they can out themselves on my credit report how does this happen? and What can I do about it??

    My family and I have just recently received multiple threatening voicemails about this. I spoke with them and they somehow even have the last 4 of my social!

      I just received a phone call saying a formal complaint was filed against me regarding an unpaid payday loan from 2011. They even have my last 4 of my ssn. I called this Access Holdings llc and it was a survey, I called it again and it’s gerber life insurance. What the heck.

    I have the same problem. On my credit report I have Midwest Recovery Systems on my credit report stating I owe $810.00 from 2012 When I supposedly took out this loan from 12access Holds, LLC.  I haven't called these people as I know it is a scam. However they are harassing my family and friends How can they get away with this??
