Prepaid sim shows No service in singapore

With reference to this case number,yet to hear from the airtel team
This is the second time am encountering within a year. i.e "No service" in singapore. Attempts to connect either automatically or manually went invain despite changing handsets and rebooting multiple times in each set.
Spoke even to call Tamil nadu customer service and been told to email Airtel,same as the one where i got Case ref no from.
Please resolve it ASAP as it surpass more than a month since reported.
