My HVAC Company started in 1999 .We recently acquired  four squareup CC swipes. Using the square for months with out any problems for tickets in amounts of under $100 up to $4600. I thought everything was fine until last week Friday 04/06/12 we swiped a ticket for $7750 it showed approved i didn't see nothing of it until Monday 4/09/12 when they sent me an email about some nonsense info they already in the beginning when we signed up . My employees ran 3 more service calls that also were not deposited so now I have $9300 sitting in limbo. My Company is small with a $15000 a month operating budget and for them to hold $9300 can send me to zero pretty quick in this economy. I sent them all the bull crap info that they all ready had when we signed up and everything seemed to be fine. Whether they respond quickly or not i am going to file a complaint with the State Attorney General's office the BBB and anywhere else i can think. Square needs to Square up to its responsibilities and customers or get off the playing field . This does not need to happen to any All American Small Family Business  times are already hard enough its time for David to Rise over Goliath.

Same thing happened to me.. I am a small start up. They owe me 3,500.00 they may not be breaking he law.. The letter of the law. But they are committing fraud. I intend to contact our state attorney office as well local investigative television reporters. These people are scum bags.

I am a small business and examining these statements appear to be done by actual Merchant dealers not actual businesses.  Certain elements withing the statements make it sound like a merchant type dealer or salesperson dealing in credit card transactions, the other give away is the spacing of the two complaints.  I examine people and body language, statements and writing for a living and these are bogus.
