Irresponsible behaviour

Agarwal packer have very casual approach. I have  to shift my luggage from Pune to Lucknow. Initially a sales executive had came for quotient n as our date of departure is been finalised his phone was switched  off. We had very  little time left for packing. We also call at the customer care but they told us what we can do in this regard n shown a very irresponsible behaviour.
So pls don't opt for agarwal packer and mover
