Refund refused

This company enrolled me in a program that send recurring product shipments to me.  I didn't sign up for the program, but they automatically enrolled me when I purchased a product.  They charged my card for a product I didn't request.  After complaining and 3 calls later, they finally agreed to send me a refund if I returned the product.  They sent a return label almost a month after I received the product.  I returned the product and now they refuse to give me a refund.  DO NOT buy this product.  It's a scam and a rip off.
