Keep filing complaints with FTC for "Do Not Call law" or Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) violations.
It is illegal to make unrequested calls to cell phones, whether they are on the Do Not Call list or not. It is a violation of the TSR. Text messages are "calls" that cost the consumer, same as voice calls.
