Fraud

I signed up for monthly membership. As a gift, a friend used his credit card for monthly membership only.  I used a different card to sign up for personal training.  I made it clear to both the manager and the trainer that these were two separate agreements.  My friend's card has been charged for both agreements.  I tried cancelling the agreements by following directions I was given and they have refused and continue charging my friend's  card. I cannot get any resolution.
