Because we are a corporate account we have to go to the Rogers Corporate headoffice for phones. They are chronically out of hardware (now the Rogers Headoffice has no 8520s. Previously they had no 9700s for several months). The only option they say to us is phone around to other stores in the province to find one that has stock.
It is difficult to do business like this. If Rogers cannot provide phones reliably we will have no option but look for a vendor who can.

We got the Blackberrys with a new plan - so we thought.
It was to include a corporate data and text plan - hahaha!
We get all the overage charges and then we call - what is going on!
You can't call regular customer service - no back of the line to the corporate department. The regular folks (24 hours a day) can't touch your plan. If I want a plan that will save me money forget it!
I should have move all the accounts to Bell instead of renew for another three years of hell - but then the devil you know is better than the devil you don't - I am not so sure anymore.
