Unsolicited Phone Calls

They're circling the Durand, MI area, have repeatedly (6x now) asked them not to call here & remove our business from the list.  Had a manager get on the line & tell me I did not understand their business & we already used the service & would be canceling our advertising.  I explained to the first caller that if this was a "free" service that there were no changes from last year & nothing to verify.  Funny thing was I had my kids into the dentist & they had called there & had the receptionist on the phone over 25 minutes for the supposed free update & then they wanted to verify the confirmation of service w/third party recording, she told them it was the most horrible experience she ever had & wanted the wasted 25-mins of her life back that they wasted, what a hoot!!

I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office & Better Business Bureau as soon as I can get them to give me a phone number...they've called 3x this week alone, and it's only mid-day Thursday, heck they called 2x on Monday.
