"dba/arpa" is one name that shows up for credit inquiries by one of the front LLCs of the Corona Scam.  The phone number also ties it to that same operation centered in Corona.

You can find more information on them, here:

They were just sued by FTC.

Supposedly they were shut down on Oct. 13, 2011, when they were raided.  They are now subject to a preliminary injunction and an asset freeze.  If some part of them is still pulling credit reports (Experian?) FTC would probably want to know.

Are you showing a negative tradeline, or a credit inquiry?
What date was the entry posted to your credit report?

    Contact FTC.

In addition to the FTC lawsuit, the owners, managers, and many of the fraudulent callers were also sued personally in a civil suit filed in Riverside County, alleging fraud and extortion.

"Dave", at least do your homework.  Just because someone calls and demands money does not mean any money is owed.  You are starting to sound like an idiot.

In the federal judge's ruling on the preliminary injunction in this case, she found that it was warranted, noting specific cases where people were deceived and threatened into making unowed payments.  FTC called it a "shakedown".
