Refuse to return deposit

Same problem like many here facing.

I rented an Audi for 3 days at Heathrow Airport and asked to pay a deposit of GBP250. The CSA put the deposit as Special Equip Repl and promise to get it corrected later. When return, I sent 3 emails and make 2 calls to them and get no response.

Immediately when I email my complaint to BVRLA, I get an answer from then that there are additional charges more that my deposit but never tell what is the additional charges for.

Look to me like a well prepared scams. Beware if you want to rent from them.
