I have been a customer for 19 YEARS and did not receive a shipment due at the beginning of July 2014. I called a week later after no package, no notification and was told one of the items was on back order and would ship when available. Weeks passed and I called again to be told that the credit card on file was not updated-no contact was made about this and a new card number had been given the last shipment which is still a good number. I have updated my phone number three times this year and the system still did not recognize it even though the customer representative said it was on the account. They could not find me by name, address or by the new account number they just assigned me after 18 years.
So, after 19 years of being a perfect customer I AM DONE!!!!!!!!
