Loud spinning noise

We have had our washer for three yrs and had to replace parts twice and now when it spins it's so loud you can hear it up stairs from the basement. We can't even get a repair person to repair the washer once they heard it was a maytag. After readin. Other complaints. There should be a recall or law suit. Somewhere. The consumer is getting ripped off
