Rip Off!!!

What a total rip off!!!  My credit card too was charged immediately after I ordered.  Then the same day I received an e-mail telling me due to high demand the item was backed ordered.  What really grinds my gears is the fact that they try to associate themselves with Dr. Oz and cash in on every supplement he mentions on his show.  It took me 6 weeks to get what I ordered while they tried to use scare tactics and hold me over a barrel claiming if I cancelled my order I would lose my place on the waiting list!  after waiting forever... to get my order, when it finally came I tried it for several and had a reaction, when I contacted them, they didn't return my calls. After much persistence, I was able to get an answer through e-mail, but they would not even give me their name.  I asked about returning the unopened bottles of supplements and they told me they would deduct shipping costs (which they claim shipping is free) along with a 10% restocking fee (for an item that was back ordered, because it was flying off the shelves!)  In all I spent $225.91 but have only received one refund of $46.90.  Conclusion... TOTAL RIP OFF!!  while make a mint off of Dr. Oz's name!!!  Use extreme CAUTION when dealing with these folks!
