I USED MAYTAG WEBSITE TO SET UP APPOINTMENT TO FIX MY WASHING MACHINE FOR 1 WEEK OUT. I HAVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT THE APPLIANCE TYPE IS WASHER.
AFTER A WEEK OF WAITING FOR REPAIRMAN TO COME OUT, HE REFUSES TO FIX IT BECAUSE THE CALL WAS MADE FOR A DRYER.
MULTIPLE CALLS TO MAYTAG (CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS)-HOME DEPOT WHERE WE HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AN AE FACTORY SERVICE GOT ME ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE! THEY CAN'T HELP BECASUE THE ORDER WAS MADE FOR DRYER..BUT I CLEARLY HAVE CONFIRMATION FOR WASHER!
