Harassing phone calls

I get constant calls from Sterling Jewelers at my place of employment. I am the receptionist. Whenever I answer, there is silence and in a few seconds, the call is disconnected. I have called them and emailed them many times. Each time I am told that the calls will stop but they don't. I work for the type of company that wouldn't employ anyone who would buy cheap Kay's jewelry and certainly wouldn't finance anything there. They obviously have been given this number in error. These calls are interfering with our ability to do business. For each call I get, I file a complaint with the FTC. Everyone else needs to do the same who is getting these calls in error to stop this. What a horrible company.

If they always hang up in only a few seconds, it sounds like an autodialed number, which may be from some sort of call center with autodialing. That would generally either be "sales" or "collections".
(Sometimes, computer and fax systems generate "ghost" calls, but usually you at least get modem sounds, and there's less of that with more stuff going by internet.)
What number? Anything on caller id?
(Presumably that's why you know it's them.)
What times of day?
