we go often to this KFC - Mangrove - North Beach Durban - they don't service customers properly
on and on , we explain to them we, left messages for manager to call us and to date no one has, KFC is good but staff and managers at this above franchise will tarnish the name for KFC..
last bad experience to be reported all others went on to deaf ears, I hope this time something will be done, on Sunday - 3rd July around 8 :30 - 9am went to KFC, as we were planning early a family trip, had worst service ever and the staff talk in Zulu, expecting me not to hear and my husband understands, it, I ordered a 6 pc family treat, and requested if they could please put me 2 Thigh piece and what ever they usually put in , they tell me they cant do that , against policy then they talk I their language and laugh at me, my husband heard and asked them then they been rude and tell me we don't have 6 pc, how can a KFC not have 6pc , then I saw chicken fall on the floor, the lady packing pick up and put into customer box, thank god it was not by box,
we called the customer care and todate waiting for someone to call us back , kindly please look into this and have some solution as this KFC tarnishing the name ...
