charged for unknown

i believe i have been charged for anti virus coverage i no longer need , mycomputer that used that package has been destroyed or lost, a new one has replaced it . the new com[uter has norton protection. although i liked the micro ,it was not what was instaalled on the new pc.please reimburse me my $91.95 that was taken from my acct. as i am on a fixed income and can not afford to throw my money away. thank you robert glenn knox
