Same thing in Atlanta. This charge showed up on 2-6-12 after  I ordered tickets on line for a concert through TicketMaster.com. Called my Credit Union fraud department and had my card cancelled and they are sending a fraud package for me to fill out to credit my account the charge. They advised that this is a Theatrical Production Motion Picture Ticket Agency.  Have no idea how they compromised the card. I hope they get caught and prosecuted to full extent of the law for this credit fraud.

    Numerous similar reports of fraudulent charges are being reported on other threads.  It appears that "Digital Star Ltd." was "dissolved" on Jan. 29, 2012.  It looks like their merchant account is now under control of criminals submitting fraudulent charges.

    If you are getting fraudulent charges, IMMEDIATELY block the card number, and submit a fraud dispute to your bank.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges if you dispute promptly.Reply !

    I discovered two of  the same usd 74.95 fraudulent charges on my VISA account.i called Visa and they immediately cancelled my card.
