Missing items from our luggage.

When we opened our luggage this morning we discovered a bag missing of souvenirs that we had purchased from the Albuquerque Balloon Festival and some new shorts that belonged to my husband. We had a direct flight to San Diego and before we left our Hotel, we double and triple checked that we did not leave anything behind.
It would seam that Southwest would have better servelance of their employees to catch whom ever is stealing from their customers.
