i immediately call to cancel, could not get a connection.  no recordings.  then I find out on my bank statement $89.92.  I want my money back.  I had to call my bank to get contact numbers for you, that was disconnected.   RETURN MY MONEY.

    I ordered the facelift serum product from Rejouvance as a free trial offer (postage pd, $4.99). Only when I received the product did I see that I would receive this monthly at a cost of $94.91. I called to cancel any further receipt as I did not agree to this nor did I want the product. I was told I would not receive the product again unless I specifically ordered it, and that I would be sent an email confirmation of my call and request for no more of the product. When I did not receive an email from the company I called again, and was assured by an agent that my request was in their records, and she would send an email of this agreement. On 3/21/13 I was charged $89.92 (for the free product), then sent another on 4/21, and yet another on 5/21. After receiving the last shipment I called the company and was told they had no record of my calls. After almost an hour of arguing and m,any attempts to sidetrack the issue, Rejouvance agreed to refund my MC for 2 amounts of $89.92. At that time I was not aware I had a charge on 3/21 for  $89.92  for the "free" product. I did receive an email confirmation of my cancellation of membership, and an agreement to refund 2 months of product at 50% each. This was not the agreement. I called my bank which issues the MC. They will block any further payment, and send a letter of dispute for the charges. I was advised to call the BBB and ask that this be reported to the State Attorney General. For any customer reading this complaint who wishes to contact the company, there is an 888 number on the web. The 800 number has been disconnected.
