This is one of the biggest ripoffs I have ever seen! You can't reach them no matter what you do and the product don't work. In fact it made me very sick. I am sending them a letter certified to stop the payment and the products.

There appear to be a number of companies claiming to sell "health" products or supplements who use "trial offers" as a trap to obtain customer account information so that they can make repeated larger charges.
Some have been reported to hide the cancellation terms somewhere on their websites, sometimes in small print at the bottom of long web pages, while others have been reported to place barriers in the way of consumers attempting to cancel after a "trial", including not disclosing mailing addresses, or having phones that either are not answered or that only go to voice mail, with later claims they never got the cancellation.
If they did not meaningfully disclose their terms, then you did not agree to terms you never saw, and were never intended to see. If their terms provided for cancellation of continued shipments and charges, but their business practices interfere with your ability to actually do so, then their continued charges after you attempted to cancel are both unauthorized and fraudulent.
Call your bank immediately to notify them that the charge is fraudulent and to close that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.
Follow up with a written dispute of the fraudulent charge sent to your bank. You must make sure they receive this written dispute within 60 days of the statement showing the fraudulent charge, so send it immediately, and send it certified, to the dispute address on the back of your bank statement.
Do NOT use debit or check cards. Cancel any you have. Use only credit cards at on-line or retail merchants, since it is less disruptive to cancel them after a security breach. Use checks only with rent, mortgage, or utilities, etc. (companies that you know). Use ATM cards with PIN only at your bank's ATM machines.

I was fortunate enough to have run across another complaint from somebody who had a problem with this "company", after I realized I too had been charged 89.31 for what I thought was just a sample. I emailed her for advise and to see if she had had any luck getting a refund and she was super! She responded to my email and told me she had in fact recieved a refund. What you need to do is make sure you dial 1-801-208-7485 and be prepared to wait for a long while. When some one finally answers ask to cancel if you haven't already. Make sure you write down the person's name and reference number they give you. Then ask to speak to a supervisor, tell the you want a refund. They will have a tracking number on the package that will still be effective until they recieve it back. Be stern and do NOT let them bully you. You can get a REFUND! I know that with my new friends help I got mine. She just asked in return that I tell my story and together we try to help others not get taken by this scam! Good Luck to all!

I called the number I found ON THE SAMPLE BOTTLE for this "Colon Cure"; which is the same as you listed here. Got someone right away when I called. Told this moron I wanted to CANCEL and he said that was in effect. THEN I told him that today I saw a charge for $89.31 on my card & how did I need to get that RETURNED & a REFUND. HE responded "Oh we do not accept returns". I said "If I refuse the delivery, it will come right back to you & then will I get a refund"....NOPE! He said "Since it is taken by mouth, we can't accept returns". WHAT! I said "If I refuse delivery, it will be UNOPENED & therefore no chance of anything having been added to or tampered with....why can't I get a refund"! He babbled a bunch of CRAP that made no sense. Then he asked if I had called before to cancel, I said I had (I had not, but hell I didn't KNOW this was coming"....to which he ask for a confirmation number. Told him I couldn't find it. He said the ONLY way I could get a refund was to send maybe phone records showing where I had called. Well I can get THAT done easily!
My question here is, I did contact my bank ASAP, even before I called these guys. They are investigating at this time. I have NOT received this package yet. #1 Do I refuse delivery when it comes? (I am in this exact issue with another company on something I refused delivery back in January & that company is refusing to refund because it went back to the WRONG address where they accept returns, so I don't want to get into this AGAIN). And #2 have you received your refund or where does that stand with you, as I see you posted this in March? PLEASE contact me at KingWs6MOM@aol.com for further on this if you would. Kimmi

To all concerned about complaints made of NUBODI " Green Tea 500 " ( aka ) Trial Offer "COLON Cure" 2711 East CRIAG ROAD SUITE K- Customer Service- NORTH LAS VEGAS NV 89030. This is an offer made that I pay S/H of $1.50 for a Free Trial sample. According to the (terms agreement)I can call and cancel within 15 days of the conformation # given. Otherwise, you will be charged $69.99 each month. Being a trail offer with the opportunity to cancel within 15 days, I went through the process. Upon recieving the colon cure on the 12th of May 2008, from the agreement on the 1st of May 2008,and looking back at my notes stating that shipping would take 4 to 6 days and within 24hrs of this call; gives me about 2 and one half days to call! The now attempt to call...I came up with 1-801-208-7485 from my account statement, from on the shipping package, from my notes taken on the 1st of May, and the same # on the product sent as an unlisted #. As of yet no contact can be made to them at the address listed above. I will now "Goggle Earth" this address and see if there is a sound location for this establishment. I will also cancel my card, so that no one can take out of my account because of given information to a SCAM TYPE organization. It is too bad that some do and make efforts to scam others under a false prentense. The ATTORNEY GENERAL of The United States of America should be made aware of this Very Scam!

Hi, well what he told you was COMPLETELY lie! when I called I spoke to a Janice, and a Jur and was told that when i received the package to leave it unopened. Next, they told me I needed to mail it back with a tracking number (which you can get by printing off a shipping label at USPS.com and it was only like 1.69 total for postage) Then you just call back and give them the tracking number. However, when you call back, be prepared to wait... I was on hold for the better part of 45 minutes. Then you give them the number, and make sure you get the name of the person you're speaking too.. and a confirmation number. I just received my refund today... so I know this works, and they do issue refunds! my email is wlay@utk.edu if you need any other help!

I ordered this colon cure product from freelaptop.com. I had heard about this website on the news where you coul qualify to win a laptop just by completing the survey, however, you had to order some of the products who support this site. Unfortunately, when I ordered colon cure, there was nothing stating that I would be responsible for $89+ for monthly shipments, it was supposed to be a free trail for $3.95. I called them and had to hold a long time - the voice mails tells you where you are in order of calls. I started at number 99, finally I was able to speak with a customer rep who gave me a confirmation number that would remove me from this obligation. The number I called is from the site, I copied everything I ordered and saved in my file. 1-801-208-8650. I told the rep taking my call you have a lot of bad rap on line. I hope this is all taken care of.

I too made the mistake of ordering Acai Berry Trial. I paid only for postage. Next thing I new I had a charge for $89.31 pending on my account. I called the number 1-801-208-7485 and waited for about 6 minutes. I finally got an answer immediately wrote down his name which was Matt, and told them I had a charge that was not mine. He proceeded to tell me when you sign up for the free trial, they have 15 days. If you do not cancel your "subscription" within 15 days they automatically charge your account, and send you out pills. He told me I caught it in time, because this was the last day, when honestly it hasn't even been 15 days. So my charge should post back to my account in 2 days. We will see what happens. Just make sure you write everything down.

Just made my 7th or 8th call to this company they again said my account has been posted and I should recieve the money in about 14 days well this will make 28 days so far they just keep making excuses up. I told them they need to give out numbers to the cooperate office a thier boss is ripping everyone off and he or she doesn't seem to want to deal with the problems with the company. I told them I will call back again in a few hours and see what lies the next person tells me on the phone thier is a different story everytime you call thier number. Best of Luck to everyone and I truly hope this comapany goes down as I will do my very best to see what can be done.

I guess I am the only one who read the terms before ordering. I got my bottle and canceled without any problems. Well, I was on hold for a while, but not any longer than I am if i call my phone company.
ALWAYS read the terms before you enter your credit card information online.

Should have read this site BEFORE ordering! Received my "free sample" and it took numerous calls to get it canceled. Always put on hold for lengthy time without response. Tried the 1-801-208-7485 as posted above and only waited about 5 minutes. Whew, what a relief! Lesson learn.

I can't get an answer with this rip off company! They haven't taken my money yet but I know they will from all the negative things I am hearing about this company.I just received my trial bottle today and also got a small note in the package that I would be charged if I don't cancel. I have about 3 days left to cancel. But I can't get through to them.I've dialed every number available and one (1-801-208-7485) isn't a working number. I am in Georgia. Anyone have a good number?
