I have used LM exclusively for over 50 yesrs- auto, home,
boat, Umbrella.I have had 2 parking lot scrapes in the last 5 years with damage to only one car in each instance and in each instance the paid claim was a fraction of my auto annual premium and yet you have charged me an extra premium because of some burocratic rule. My annual premiums to LM are close to $10,000. and if you insist on the extra premium tou will force me to concider a change. Is their no recognition of my years of loyalty or my totsl premiums? You pay a lot for advertising and yet you would give up a loyal customer with out consideration.
