866-451-5825.  These bozo's have been calling non stop for a couple of months now. We have no outstanding debt and have excellent credit so we just don't answer and don't call back.  I figured something was up because we pay our bills and owe nobody.  It is annoying though, how do we stop the calls?

    After first contacting you, they were required by FDCPA to send you a letter notifying you of the amount of the alleged debt, who they claimed it was owed to, and that you could dispute and ask that they send you verification.

    Get an attorney and sue them for violations of FDCPA.  It allows courts to award actual and statutory damages, and attorney fees, if you win.

    My situation is a little different.  I keep getting calls from a payday lenter about my son's loan.  They want me to police him.  I want them to stop calling me.  Is there anything I can do to get them to leave me alone?

    Same thing here.  The phone rings non stop and with excellent credit and no debt as well.  Guess the robo calls will keep coming until they stop paying their own phone bill.
