LOAN ( WHAT TYPE I DONT KNOW) NEVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THIS CO.

Noticed e -mail on 6/13/2016 from cynthia  wilson  insdicating if loan not paid by 6/19/2016 case will be downloaded to court system. I sent an e-mail politely requsting info on this loan and indicated i may need time to research this problem morew than  the 4 days they  gave. This is all new  but i wanted to document this at the outset. Again i was caught off guard with this false  accusation.
