Rip off

As soon as you go on the website they ask for credit informations before you even look at the product. I walked away because I had something to take care of maybe an hour passed I got an email thanking me for my order and my credit card was charge$56,96 so I tired  to call and the only thing I had was an order number.the rep said its nothing I can't do without an account number.. So my credit was pending for a charge I didn't approve so I the next day I called and was told to fax the order number then so they can see what I was talking about. So I forgot the fax number and had to call again and time  the rep said because I don't have a account number it should drop off. So the next day I got a call telling me my order was sent I'm like sent I don't want the ring so she says when you get the ring just send it back and we won't charge your card.so I go to me bank and get another debit card so they won't charger my card..so when the ring come my daughters likes it so I kept it.and my new debit card was charger,,,how was that..I'm not going to fight it now because my daughter likes the ring so I have to pay for it. But this system is a rip off ...
