Breaking parts in Drum and Holes in clothes

This has been so frustrating . Lots of small holes
in clothes, parts breaking, smells and it just does not end. Had to clean out the filter part quite a few times. I just took a load of laundry out if the washer
and in the clothes I find a drum baffle has broken off.
Really!!! Now have to spend more money to order the part. I don't get how you buy an appliance that cost a small fortune and have to pay more money in the long run to replace expansive clothes, buy cleaning products to get smells out and have to keep
paying for parts.i own 4 Whirlpool appliances and to be honest ,WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER.
And by the way I have reached out to their costumer service via email and they were so rude
