                                         Garnishment Notification and Arrest Notice

CASE FILE #: UD-07165A

Date: April 20th 2017

Settlement Amount: $500.00

Dear: Denise Clark,

Address: 637 Division St,
City: Oshkosh,
State: WI,
Zip: 54901.

This letter is to notify you that we have received a Summons of Garnishment on your wages. This means that someone you owe money to has been awarded a judgment by the court for payment of the debt. The court has ordered us your employer to deduct 25% percent of your disposable earnings and make payment to the court on your behalf. The following applies to you:

Before you are arrested

If you pay in full, or make a part-payment before you are arrested, the warrant will be recalled and amended. However, it will be immediately re-issued if the debt is not paid in full.

After you are arrested

Once the warrant has been served, your only options are to serve the time in prison or pay the debt (plus costs) in full at the court house.

If you want to stop the garnishment deductions from your paycheck, you must obtain a release or pay the entire amount you owe, which you can pay with the help of Western Union, OneVanilla Prepaid Visa Card and American Express Prepaid Debit Card in order to close this account.

What is garnishment?

Garnishment is a legal process that allows a creditor to remove funds from your [bank]/ [credit union] account to satisfy a debt that you have not paid. In other words, if you owe money to a person or company, they can obtain a court order directing your bank to take money out of your account to pay off your debt. If this happens, you cannot use that money in your account.

Why am I receiving this notice?

On March 10th 2017 we received a garnishment order from a court to [freeze/remove] funds in your account. The amount of the garnishment order was for $750.25. We are sending you this notice to let you know what we have done in response to the garnishment order. You can contact your creditor for settlement amount.

If you have any questions about the garnishment, you should contact the persons named on the included Summons of Garnishment by email.

Sincerely,
Jonathan McNichols

Got the same type of message everyone else has been receiving. Initial email nor subsequent messages after never responded to me by name, and the phone number was not given until the third email was sent to me. I also asked for proof of the loan and whoever was responding to me tried saying that they could not provide me anything until I sent them a physical document with valid photo identification and my signature. Their excuse for not being able to provide anything was that the loan was done online and that they had already given me all the necessary information needed, but all they really gave me was “my amount owed,” when they “received the garniment order,” and confirmed that “this is the email used to apply for the loan.” What a load of crap. Just sent them a link to this webpage and told them they’ve been reported.

    Good Afternoon,
This is Senior Attorney Robert Garza,

We really appreciate your response in order to settle this matter. AS you are stated like this, we also provide a Settlement Amount, which we can do for you, be –
    1. We can provide you the Settlement Amount of $734.27 that has to be paid till upcoming Friday (as paid in full with zero balance) or,
2.If you are looking for a payment on the settlement amount, the Settlement Amount would be $800.00 and we can split it into two equal payments each of $400.00 that has to be paid bi-weekly or,
    3. If you are not able to work with the given settlement amount then the best we can do for you is we can split the Total Outstanding balance which is $900.00 into four equal payments each of $225.00. Kindly confirm us the four dates on which you can make your payment of $225.00 each and you have to make these payments Bi-weekly starting from this week.
Kindly let us know one the option that is affordable for you so that we can update our accounts department in order to put your account on hold.
Note: Once you will pay the settlement amount then we will provide you a Payment Receipt & Settlement Certificate stating that this account has been paid in full with ZERO balance and you are no more debtors for the company. You will receive it by the end of the working day.

    Settlement Amount: $734.27

This is an important letter and requires your immediate attention. Despite sending you several reminders, we have received no response from you about your seriously past due account of $734.27. We feel we have given you ample time and have been more than patient with you. Therefore, we feel there is no other recourse but to write this debt off of our books by reporting it as a “bad-debt loss” to the I.R.S. Through a 1099-C filing. You can avoid this by remitting payment today for the full amount due. If we do not receive your payment within the next five days, we are going to have to take action.

This letter is to notify you that we have received a Summons of Garnishment on your wages. Why am I receiving this notice?

The United States, or a State Debt support enforcement agency, certifying its right to garnish your Federal benefits shall attach or include with a garnishment order the following Notice; Garnish wages owed to a Debtor after the Small Claims Court has made an order that you owe money. On December 23rd, 2017 we received a garnishment order from a court to [freeze/remove] funds in your account. The amount of the garnishment order was for $1423.13. We are sending you this notice to let you know what we have done in response to the garnishment order. You can contact your creditor for the settlement amount.

If we do not receive the payment in full by June 30th, 2018 (deadline), we will have to do whatever we can under the law to recover our money with accumulated interest from you that includes, but does not limit to legal proceedings against you, not to mention the legal expenses shall also be borne by you.

Please reach out to us immediately if you would like to set up a repayment plan.

Can anybody tell me who to contact regarding this issue
