about fees and call center for scdl

HI,
I am Rohit new student for SCDL Pune. I send my fees by speed post 11 days before but still I do not get any responce from the collage (scdl) and I am not able to login. As I confirm from the post demant draft is already deliverd to scdl at 9th of july 2008.And when I am trying to call on call center nos. 02066211000/1/2/3/4/5/6 all the nos. are busy either call in the morning or in noon or evening.nearly I call 100 times on these nos,but not able to connect 1time also .And I tried it from my mobile STD-PCO. airtel mob. vodafone mob.
so I request to plz do something needfull
