No medicine received

I ordered medicine from USAMedz.com. They took the money from my account but I didn't receive the package. They claim they sent it but didn't supply the tracking id, so I can't trace it. It's been three weeks since their shipment date and I still have nothing.

Did anyone receive an order from this company? I don't want to let 4 weeks pass without me getting the package. I am afraid I will not be able to get my money back through my credit card company if I let this slide for too long.

    I too have not received my order in which I placed on 5/28/07 and I have tried numerous of times to cantact them ,I have tried to call and e-mail as well as their so called "live chat" and never have gotten a response! I will be calling my credit card company today!!!!

    I placed an order with them in May and got my product as promised; they had even provided a tracking number.  I did another order in August and there were "shipping errors" that resulted in a need to re-ship, and I was promised expedited shipping with receipt by 9/7/07 which did not occur. The also promised 5% more pills as compensation.  Not it seems they are in some trouble (?) as the website says they are no longer taking new orders, but that anything order before 9/12/07 will be processed (odd, since today is 9/11/07).
    They also have removed the phone number from the site, so email is the only way to contact them now it seems.  DOES ANYONE HAVE THE USAMEDZ PHONE NUMBER??  I would like to try to call.

    There number is 1-866-784-0682. This company is con artist. I ordered from them May 5th and did not receive my order. I called and complained and they reshipped it and gave me a bogus tracking number. When I did not receive it I told them I wanted my money back, and they told me I had to wait till a certain date because I could still receive it. Which of course I didn't. Then they said they would refund my money and even sent me a email saying that they issued a refund on July 31. I have not received my money and I called this week and was told there was a delay and gave me the run around saying that the president of the company has a approve it. And that I should get it in 10 days. I called my credit card company to dispute it but the charge is past 60 days. I had to call the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 to file a complaint. They said if they have multiple complaints they can do a class action. But they basically take the complaint. Then I have to go though the local attorney general's office and they will help get the money back. If your charge was in 60 days call your credit card company and dispute it, other wise your gonna go through all this.
