Dear Sir,
I have  the Subscription with Dalal Street Magazine,Mumbai . My Sub. Number is . 0604761 .

Even after asking many times for flash news & dala street on my e-mail id ,(Samir@samcomp.net , samcomp@vsnl.net, travels.samir@gmail.com )
I am not getting it .
Miss Anuradha , Customer Care Manager, had asked to send me mail , so i did so , but still the probelm is same.
This has been almost more than 50 times i had called them & continuously they are giving me wrong comittements.

Also i have not yet received the giftes your people had confirmed me during the renewal ( Gold Coin & Pen ) .

I called many times your customer care / Raghavendra ( sales person ) regarding the same but everytimes i was given wrong commitments.

You are requested to the look into this.

    I am a prior user of dala street and had a very bad experience .Even though they never serve the customer properly yet when one complaint's. the sales girls start crying and start making alegations about you that you have been using a profane language and all sorts of promises which they dont deliver stay away from these  magazine its useless...

    Recently i registered with Dalal Street........I ordered Stock Market book but i dont know when this will be dispacthed to my address evenly they did mail be regrading this only mailed me my subscription number and Login/password etc nothing regrading delivery of book.....i tried calling there customer care numbers but no boby picked my phone i tried more than 50 times. Some time it is busy but again no one pick.

    They are not caring there Valuable customers.

    I am too having very very bad experience of Dalal Street magazine subscription. Most of the time they does not deliver and when I complain they show me proof of dispatch. What the hell, I can do with that proof of dispatch when I am not getting the magazine which I subscribed.

    Horrible Horrible delivery........

    Suggest all not to subscribe this magzine ever.........

    I am one of the Dalal Street Journal subscribers, and I have rarely faced any issues. If you are not aware the magazine goes live by Friday morning so instead of waiting for the delivery I check it online almost 3 days prior before it hits the stands. What matters to me most is their content, the magazine is purely focussed on the equity market, unlike other magazine who talk everything else but equity.

    I had a login issue last month, I had emailed it to service@dalalstreetjournal.com, subsciption@dalalstreetjournal.com, and I got a call the very next day that they have generated a new login for me. If you are not aware their customer care number is 020-40197211 / 12

    I've also ordered for stock market book on 26th of august. i didn't receive it yet. Inspite of my repeated calls to the customer care there is no progress. I feel instead of booking it online, i could've easily purchased it in the store.
