*Review of my bank statement show the above listed company took $24.95 from my checking account on 11/02/12.  I don't know these people.  How do I get my money back and stop them from doing this in tne future?

    They are running a "discount membership" cramming scam.
    They basically try to get away with making a bunch of small monthly charges before consumers notice.

    They partner with various online merchants, who pass them consumer account information, supposedly "authorized" by terms hidden in legalese boilerplate, then they split the take.  Or they might try to sign you up for this "discount club" if you call to place an order, but fail to disclose the full terms and how to cancel before the charges start.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and close the account to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse the charge if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E.

    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Minnesota AG.

    Does anybody know how to get charges back from these thieves? I was unknownly charged 6 charges of $24.95 eack and when I called them they insists that I sign up with them.Signed up for what, what do they do, what do they provide?  When they asked this question no answer was given.  I am going to report them to the BBB and the attorney general office.
