unsolicited insurance

I have NEVER requested an insurance quote of any kind because I'm totally aware of this can of worms.  They call me about 20 times per week on my cell phone.  I pick up the call because I don't want it to dump into my voice mail, but I don't say anything, just wait for it to disconnect.
