This is a seriously fraudlently act, as to I never signed up for this program and someone has access to my credit information. This needs to be cancelled immediately and a refund to my account. This is a case of internet fraud and it will not be tolerated. Deborah Tynes

Most complaints against that number are due to unwanted fax calls to consumers' voice lines and cell phones. Some reports indicate the company handles outsourced faxing for some banks and financial companies.
Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge, and cancel that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank's dispute address on your statement, sent certified return receipt requested, and make sure your bank receives your dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
