My billing started back in july 09..A gas card i received from them for purchasing a product from another company.I had 30 days to cancel with "wc value Plus" which i did cause the offers were no use to me..Called customer service, was told acct has been cancelled..Have been recieving $21.95 bill on credit card till today still.Spoke to customer service again and was told again acct was cancelled..They didnt even have a record of me purchasing anything.So what am I being billed for then!!!!!I would like so help on being reimburst for fraudlent chargers

    Immidiately contact your bank to dispute their charges as fraudulent, and close the account to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank may only be able to reverse charges back to statements 60 days from your dispute.

    Write a demand letter to the company demanding that they refund all your money since you cancelled within the initial 30 day cancellation period.

    If they ignore you, or refuse to refund, proceed to the steps below.

    Contact your state Attorney General to report the fraudulent charging.

    Contact the offices of Sen. Jay Rockefeller.  His Senate Commerce Committee has held hearings on this scam.

    Also contact the New York Attorney General, who has been investigating them for consumer fraud.  A number of their "marketing partners" have started to agree to not pass consumer account information over to these scams.
