This company repeatedly calls and refuses to provide any identification. They are very nasty and rude. They ignore do not call lists and are a scam outfit. Why doesn't the government shut them down?

    Name is similar to the billing names used by several credit card companies, and there are reports they falsely claim to be associated with "your credit card company", .

    Calls using that name are reported to be pitching some "lower your interest rate" scam, where they get your credit card number and cram on about $800 in charges for their "services".  Complaints include deceptive incomplete disclosure of what they are supposedly offering, and fraudulent claims to have a "verbal contract" followed by threats should a consumer decide not to use their services.  Little indication they actually provide any benefit other than taking your money.

    They appear to be calling from call centers in Florida or Georgia.

    May also be the same people behind the infamous "Heather with Account Services".

    The company name is Account Services, Inc..  They are located in Jacksonville/Lakeside Florida.  File a complaint with the national do not call registry.  They have called me countless times and I just filed a complaint.  If there are a lot of complaints, the FTC will investigate....
