Damage to wall

We moved into our new construced house the weekend of Hurricane Isaac hit, a week later we had direct tv come out to install it, they went into my attic and one of the guys knocked over a brand new box of wooden flooring , which came crashing down my attic onto the floor below. It not only damaged my wall coming down, but damaged the base borads too. If I wasn't standing where I was, it would have hit our brand new screen tv husband bought several days before. The guys came out of the attic & said they could could do two things. 1] come back out that thursday and fix it & not report it or 2] wavier the $$$ they were going to charge me for the  extra wiring they installed  incase we decided to move 1 tv on the other side of the living room and  move the smaller tv from  bonus room to the excercise room , No extra boxes-  just the wiring !  I told them No I wasn't paying them crap I want my wall fixed first. The guy who done the damage left his name & cellular number - needless to say they left in a hurry. I contacted Direct tv and was told I had 6 days to get an estimate & fax to them with pictures. I have yet to get in touch with anyone. Regular cable is not available where I am living due to it being a brand new subdivision.we are looking into Dish or uverse.
