Borderline consumer fraud

Dish has and is allocating free movie for subscribers on their Private dish channel for customers who had to wait out negotiations with fox 2 St.Louis market and such! One is told to go to mydish.com/thanks. There is no where or a hidden path to this free movie thank you offer. Social media is blowing up, "no one can find accessi" Dish wont answer phones and no chat!  WHere is the hidden access? They need to make this available Immediately!
