Maytag/Whirlpool Jeff Fettig and customer support do not care

I recall the commercials about how the Maytag repairman was always bored. My mother in law owned one and several people i know and they all had very good experiences with them. This was in the 80's. Move ahead to 2011. No questions asked, I buy a Centennial thinking of how long it will last (especially given the $450 prove tag). What a fool I was. 2 years later and it's junk. I call customer service and they can't do anything for me. So I sat and stewed and bought yet another junk washer (Hotpoint) that is a pain in the [***] for the past year. I emailed Jeff Fettig. Was honest about my experience and told him what I would like to see done about it.
He ignored me!
Hands down. Maytag/Whirlpool are junk! Jeff Fettig is nothing but an overpaid [***] and the customer service reps deserve to be run out of town on a rail. I am using every social media site to make sure everyone knows just how worthless the people and appliances are. Anyone else should do the same. If we pull together, perhaps we can cost them all their jobs! I'm fed up with junk appliances and crap customer service!
