very rude man sounding liek he was from India called screaming at me that He needed my attorney information and my social sec. # due to a law suit being filed against me, when I started questioning who the law suit was being filed from he said he was rude and threating telling me I would be arrested at my job tomorrow Ineeded to talk to his main attorney a Michael Cartar and he gave me a ph # of 707-506 6790 which was the Ph # he was calling me from as it was showing on my caller id. he then hung up on me I called right back and I got another rude man witha accent just as bad who said he couldnt answer anything and I would need to call back and hung up on me is a big scam of some sort Ive looked for this law office no such one. I have never been served with any law suit papers so it is a big hoax

    Same thing just happened to me. Very rude man with Indian accent said he was sending a policeman to my job tomm to arrest me for not paying back a "PayDay" loan. I never recieved such a loan, when I started questioning him he hung up on me and when I called back he said I was going to jail for 6 months. And then he hung up on me again, so I called back again and this time he said he was going to file harressment charges against me..HAHA..WHAT A SCAM.

    Same person called me! I called my friend who is a police officer, he informed me that it is a scam!!!

    I received the same call - rude "paralegal" telling me I had a legal case filed against me. Told to contact Alex Watson for further details.  Told her I would jump right on that one!

    Same thing happened to me.  The lady was very rude. She had all my information and wanted to know who was representiong me.  As I begin to question her she quickly got an attitude,  If you're working at a law office representing the company then you should be able to tell me what date I took out the loan and for how much.  If you can't answer that then u need to get off my phone.

    I got a massage left on my work phone and my cell phone form 707-506-6790, the massage was threating and rude, when I try to call back no one answers, my office manager called them this morning (06-14-2012) some by the name of Ben Williams answered and when she told them her name they simply hang the phone up, also the same person left me a voicemail on my work phone whishing me luck on what coming upon me, if you are indeed a debt collector, first of all you need to identify yourself, your company and not leave massages that state whay mine stated. my attorney will be investigating this one!!

      Dont' waste your time.

      They are just Indian scammers.
      With cheap VoIP, you can now scam Americans from anywhere in the world.

    I just  had the  same  phone  2 times  in a row today   the  same person  both times, stating i was goin to be  arrested   and that they have my  SS#  name  address  everything.  they claim they are from CA  and  they are a l,aw firm them  kept  hanging  up on me.  when i called them back and  told them they  need to stop calling me  or i would  have  my LAWYER  and  the  police  call them  they   hung up.

    They call like every 30 minutes or so to my work and cell numbers, same foreign guy telling me I need to contact him right away or have my attorney of record call them.  You can tell this is a total Phishing SCAM!!!

    I put this number in my contacts and made it go straight to voicemail after he left a stupid message. Then he called back an hour later and called 15 times in a row since I have sent to vm! Such a scam and harraser!!

    I got the same thing and what made it bad was the foreign lady has my SSN# because I made her tell me.

    I hung up on the lady and she called back 5 times straight and then had a nerve to leave 2 messages in a rude voice demanding that I call the number back.

    BEWARE ... never go out and fill in for a payday loan online!!!!

    I just had this same call today. I told him to go and look at this website so that he could see that people are on to his crap and that he needs to back off. Also I filed a complaint w/ the California police department for this county in Del Rio. The officer told me that they are trying to get a warrant for this number, so that they can track who these people are. They have gotten tons of complaints and he said they are very close to an arrest in this matter. He said that he believers it is a scam ring of 3-4 people and they are scamming people who don't know their rights.
