My name is greg otero I have had directv for a long time I called century link/directv to see how much it would be to add internet once I got the amount I told the lady tht I hhad to think about it she said u don't want to loose this promotion so we can add internet and after u talk to your wife about and decide u don't want it just give us a call right back and we will cancel it. Well never should of even called because when I called back and told them no I don't want it they cancelled it after tht I'm getting told by directv I haven't payed my bill for 3 months when I have bank statements tht prove I did but they want me to pay an extra 198.10 of late payments? I never did anything wrong I payed my bills I never was notify by them until now whn I called myself!! I will take this to court if I have to why would they do this to me???
