Defrauding the elderly

Dish network sent ads to every mailbox in my mother's community clearly offering a great deal on satellite TV with FREE installation. My mother sadly switched to Dish to save on her monthly bill. Well the first bill came with 400+ dollars in installation fees that were FREE and her bill was almost double what the contract said she would pay monthly. I called to talk with Dish pointing out I was holding the ad in my hand. They let me know in a hurry, they were not honoring the deal and my mother would pay. She paid for the month she used the service and quit. That was about two years ago and she has been regularly harassed by phone for the to give them anywhere up to 1100.00 dollars to go away or they would continue to harass her. They called again today. I am a mailman and my rural mail route is covered up with similar complaints. My mother is 81 and has poor hearing. Today I happened to be at her house when the call came and they were yelling at her. I took the phone and they kept saying they had to speak with her, I hung up on them. Dish network is the sickest and most twisted predator of the elderly I know of, PLEASE EVERYONE STOP USING THIS COMPANY so they will go out of business and spare our elderly from deception and extortion!
